I bought this deck on the spur of the moment because I like Colette Baron-Reid and because it is not expensive as Orackes go without realising that House of Night is actually a young adult vampire (vampyre) series. And this deck is very much a teen one. The text - both usage and interpretations - are very short and easy and, well, superficial. Some cards pertain to characters from the series. If you can overlook that and just work with the key words, then this Oracle might be worth a try. Just dont expect amy spiritual depth.The cards themselves are of good quality if lacking the nice rounded corners (quite sharp and pointy if you gave small hands) I've grown used to and the pictures are beautiful enough (even though the tattoos are more than obviously photoshopped on!).
Ich war einfach nur begeistert von den schönen Motiven, den Farben, der tollen Aufmachung sowie dem goldenen Rand und vorallem auch die Wirkung der Karten, die an ein professionelles Orakel sehr weit heranreicht! Man spürt das mysthische bereits wenn man sie das erste Mal in den Händen hält. Ich kann dieses Set auch Leuten empfehlen, die wie ich keine Kenner oder Fans dieser Serie sind, da man sie auch andersweitig nutzen kann, wenn man außer acht lässt, dass bei manchen Karten Namen der Charaktere dabeistehn, die mit diesen Karten in Verbindung gebracht werden. Ich kannte die House of Night Serie davor nicht und bin trotzdem sehr verbunden mit diesen Karten. Für diejenigen die sich nicht viel mit der spirituellen Welt und Orakelkarten beschäftigen, sollten die Karten in Maßen und mit Bedacht nutzen bzw. sich davor informieren wie man sie nutzt, da sie wie auch andere Orakelkarten eine Wirkung haben.
Dieses Deck habe ich ganz intuitiv bestellt, ich habe einige Karten gesehen und wusste sofort, damit kannst du arbeiten. Es ist ein ungewöhnliches Deck, ich würde es nicht 'dunkel' nennen, eher ein Deck, dass wirklich auch tief geht. Ich bin sehr gespannt wie die Legungen werden. ich freue mich, dass dieses Deck mich gefunden hat.
Ich bin ein großer House of Night Fan und habe bisher alle Bucher, Zusatzbücher, Novels etc. Da fehlte natürlich das Oracelset eindeutig. Es ist in einer sehr schönen Box verpackt und die KArten sind eindrucksvoll bedruckt. Die Ränder deer karten sind versilbert. Einfach wunderschön. In Must-have für alle HoN-Fans
Ich bin ein riesen Fan der House of Night Serie und da ich mich auch allgemein für Orakel interessier, war klar, dass ich mir diese Karten holen muss. Und da es in den Sternen steht, wann oder ob die Karten auch auf Deutsch rauskommen, geb ich mich auch gerne mit der englischen Orginalfassung zufrieden.Die Karten sind schön groß und gut griffig, allerdings ist der Glitzerstaub, der an den Kanten der Karten haftet leicht nervig, das er vorallem an den Händen kleben bleibt.Die Motive sind alle sehr schön und haben z.T. etwas mystisches, was ja auch typisch für HoN ist.Die Geschichte im Begleitbuch ist ganz nett und die Bedeutungen der einzelnen Karten sind sehr gut gelungen.Alles in einem würde ich sagen, dass es auf jedenfall bei jedem HoN-Fan im Schrank stehen sollte!
